What You Think, You Become

Some people are clueless in life and live their whole lives wondering why the hell they never managed to get anything out of it, why they don’t have any purpose. The biggest problem people have is that they don’t understand how to master their thought process and don’t understand the true power of concentrated thinking.

Life is a lot simpler than many people make it out to be. The concept is straightforward and has been the philosophy of many successful people for generations before us.

Put simply: what you think you eventually become. Sure you may have heard the saying before but have you ever asked yourself what the hell it actually means? It may shock you but our thoughts have a lot to do with who we are.

What you focus on, your beliefs, your dreams, your fears, worries and doubts, all become your reality because they are present in your mind. Those who understand how to control their mind and process the correct thoughts and ex out all the negative ones are the ones who end up living a fuller life and achieve what they set out to achieve. Your mind is your only true reality.

You may not realize it but your mind has 60,000 thoughts throughout the course of one day. Most of them may be the same ones from a day before but most of them are negative. You need to think of your mind as a lot weaker than you really are- it’s just the way us humans are wired. We are not born strong-minded and confident but have to strengthen our minds in order to get to the level needed for our thoughts to manifest themselves in our reality.

We choose to spend our life worrying about what the future might bring, to complain about our present circumstances and about what’s missing in our lives. We choose to spend a great amount of our time thinking about past situations and to live with regrets, with “what if’s”.

If you have no control over a situation, a situation that might never happen, why worry? And if you have control over it, why worry? If you have no control, leave it, and if you have control then there is no reason for you to worry. Everything will be taken care of at the right time. Don’t worry.

What you need to do if you want to end up actually bringing some meaning to your life and be able to walk away form life saying you are pleased with what you have achieved, is to master the power of your mind. You need to control your mind and steer it into the direction you want it to go not allowing it to take you on a rollercoaster to wherever it feels like taking you.

Think of it as a child at an amusement park; you cant let it run free because God knows what trouble it will get into. This is why you have to hold the child’s hand- hold your minds hand as well.

Eckhart TolleLife is a lot simpler than people make it out to be. You see, with our thoughts we literally make the world. All that we are and what we turn into are a result of our mind bringing us there. The mind is essentially everything and what we think, we do indeed become. The trick here is not to just think it once and doubt it for the rest of your life. You need to be so sure about it and block out any other negative thoughts that come into the way of it.

Everything is based off the energy you send out into the universe. You get back what you give off. Why do you think negative people always end up miserable and never accomplish anything? Because those are the messages they always send out; it’s the negative energy that attracts more negativity.

Negative people don’t know any better so that is what they expect, and that is what they get. On the other side of the spectrum you have the people that are strong minded and strong willed, who are sending out the correct signals and positive energy, which actually get what they want out of life.

If you are only thinking about that what you want to have in your life, if you are only thinking about what you need, you will send your energy in the universe and you will start attracting all the wonderful things, all the wonderful situations and people that will help you get there, that will help you achieve your dreams and goals. It is a law, just like the law of gravitation, we have the law of attraction. Like attracts like. What you think about expands.

Many people out there are looking to take their life on a different path because they are bored with the direction they are currently headed. The first step you can take towards change is changing the way you think and then having that spill over into what you actually do. How you will think of yourself is how you will eventually end up. You need to understand what you want for yourself and eventually out of life, specifically.

After doing so you can’t just sit on your ass and wait for something to fall out of the sky. You need to change how you do things, how you approach things and what you do on daily basis. Of course make sure these are all coming from a positive energy source with some sort of passion and excitement. Be patient, have faith and believe in yourself and what you are doing. Eventually everything will work out in some form of the way you wanted it to.

Decide to shift your attention from the things that are making you unhappy to those that can bring you peace of mind and happiness. Decide to finally live the life you always dreamed of. Do this by changing your thoughts and your limiting beliefs. Believe it and you will achieve it.
