Throughout time, civilizations managed to evolve in different ways. Each superpower got where it is today through efforts and sacrifices.
Old Civilizations as Supreme Powers
Let’s take France for example.
We all know how powerful it was during the 18th century not only in Europe but in the entire world.
The only downside to the story is that slowly France started to think it was a supreme force. More or less they acted as if they held a “divine right” to rule over others.
This is also why their government gave it their everything when it came to spending money. They had it all: free hospitals, substantial welfare programs.
Not only did they held a significant number of territories overseas, they also had their own intelligent service used for spying on the king.
But, how they were able to afford all this we wonder. Resources show their budget was drained. They were into debt over their heads.
Of course, their economy failed at a certain point. And along with it, they brought a period of civil war, genocide, hyperinflation. To estimate it, it lasted about 26 years.
But this is just a mere example. There have been many other cases in human history, and we are only now starting to see the pattern.
Within this article, we can read more about this:
“Collapses of even advanced civilizations have occurred many times in the past five thousand years, and they were frequently followed by centuries of population and cultural decline and economic regression.”
They also state that “collapse is very difficult to avoid and requires major policy changes”. In fact, the lifestyle we adopt nowadays, tending to ignore how fast we are consuming our resources, will probably bring our world to a collapse.
Humanity on the Rise
History comes again to bring us examples. Throughout time power has always changed, old empires will always fall, and new ones will rise.
And the main role in history is played by none other than humanity.
From the beginning of time we have had a gift: that of overcoming obstacles, adapting and finding solutions to every problem.
But this is not the end of the world. As we have seen, the world will only reset itself.
Today, greedy and incompetent leaders are in charge, and we give them all the power they need
In exchange, they give us fake “instruments” to make us believe they listen to us, like voting. But the only thing that changes by voting is who leads the flock, not the flock’s laws.
They make us think technology is here to help us, but they are mostly hiding it from us, and showing us only the parts they consider useful.
The end of this system is near, and chances are it will be a violent one. We must prepare. We must be ready for the change, and try to make sure the elites, when they will fall, will not drag entire countries down along with them.
